Ship the components browser, docs-only library setup, and version history

Add /components: a searchable index of the components Col has verified, with the
selected component's own page embedded beside the results, its own search field,
and nav, sitemap, llms.txt, and docs entries for it.

Stop publishing Col-authored setup: library pages, MCP results, the homepage, and
the agent prompts now point at each library's own docs instead of our install
commands, registry setup, and step lists. Detail files keep only official links,
pricing, and a preview; prompts are generated from docsUrl, and listings whose
founder asks to stay outbound set outboundOnly.

Add the version-history page generated from merged git.cafe PRs, the repo:sync
script that merges a PR and mirrors main to Zns-Nexus/col, per-listing outbound
analytics, the Arc (uiarc) listing, and contributor guidance for issues,
version history, and the merge flow.
