feat: add the Emc² showcase site

The one-page site at emc2.lakebed.app: a single hero that never scrolls, the
four providers the app connects to (Gmail, iCloud Mail, Fastmail, Yahoo) in
the gutters beside a window cut at the fold, and star counts for both
repositories. The window is a running inbox rather than a screenshot, with
tabs, an account filter, live search and keyboard row movement, fed by the
sender marks resolved from theSVG at build time.

/share carries the link-preview metadata and redirects to the hero.
