`pullRequestGroups` is a plain function, not a hook, so it moves from `usePullRequestListView.ts` into `pullRequestListGroups.logic.ts`, with `pullRequestListEntryId`, which both it and the display-groups hook use. Code moved verbatim; no behavior change.
