Issue posted by my agent under my supervision, here to add some extra things so you can manually verify that this issue is present.
You can verify that this bug exists by running the following command in a t3 terminal:
| 1 | printf '\033c'; cols=$(tput cols 2>/dev/null || printf '?'); i=1; while [ "$i" -le 12000 ]; do printf 'T3-SCROLLBACK-%05d\n' "$i"; i=$((i+1)); done; printf 'T3-END cols=%s\n' "$cols" |
This will print: T3-SCROLLBACK-{N} from 1 to 12000. You can scroll to the top limit, take the number from that line and subtract it from 12000, for me that gave 314, though this depends on the width of the terminal, so the number you get will be different.
Additionally, you should copy-paste all text into a character counter, so you can verify that it is below the 512KiB limit applied client side. Furthermore, there is a 5k history recall limit server side to keep in mind.
