Cosmetic issue

Before submitting

  • I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.
  • I included enough detail to reproduce or investigate the problem.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a thread with Claude (e.g. Opus 5.5).
  2. In the sidebar, hover the thread row so the hover card appears.
  3. Compare the provider icon in the hover card with the one in the sidebar row next to it.

Expected behavior

The hover card shows the Claude icon in its orange brand color, like the sidebar row does (and like the agent icons after #25251).

Actual behavior

The hover card shows the icon gray and faded. The sidebar row right next to it shows the same provider in orange, so the two disagree.

Cause: the hover card passes iconClassName="size-3 shrink-0 grayscale opacity-60" to ProviderInstanceIcon: https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/blob/337c5858c33bc7f8f6dfd391a2c279fa0f7e4d17/apps/web/src/components/sidebar/SidebarThreadRow.tsx#L321

#25251 brought color back to the agent icons, but this hover card still has the grayscale filter. #5977 mentioned the gray icon too, but that issue was about the missing account accent color and is closed.

Possible fix: drop grayscale opacity-60 from that iconClassName (keep size-3 shrink-0). The dimmed icons for earlier providers (line 221) seem intentional and can stay as they are.

None needed. The issue is only cosmetic.
