[Bug]: Source Control settings fails to discover and display all configured GitLab hosts#27811

Steps to reproduce

1. Authenticate glab with multiple GitLab hosts on the machine running the T3 app.
2. Run glab auth status --all to confirm the hosts.
3. Open Settings → Source Control and rescan.

Expected behavior

Each configured GitLab host appears under GitLab with its authentication status. A failed login on one host shouldn't hide working hosts.

Actual behavior

Settings doesn't display the configured host list, it only displays the host set as default via the glab cli.
