Steps to reproduce

  1. Open T3 Code at a width where the sidebar shows the "T3 Code" logo.
  2. Focus the logo with a screen reader (or inspect its accessible name).
  3. Activate it.

Expected behavior

The link's accessible name describes where it goes. / now opens a new draft in the most recent project (the app home), so a name like "T3 Code home" fits. It also contains the visible text "T3 Code", which WCAG 2.5.3 Label in Name asks for, so voice control users can activate it by saying what they see.

Actual behavior

The link is announced as "Go to threads" (aria-label in apps/web/src/components/sidebar/SidebarChrome.tsx), but it opens a new draft.

The label dates from #1617, when / was an empty "Select a thread or create a new one" screen. / later became the startup composer (apps/web/src/routes/_chat.index.tsx), and the label was never updated. There is no separate threads list to go to; the list is the sidebar, which is always visible when this link is.

Sighted users only see the logo, so this affects screen reader and voice control users. Voice control users also cannot say "click T3 Code", because the accessible name does not contain the visible text.

Suggested fix: change the aria-label to "T3 Code home" (or remove it so the name comes from the visible wordmark).
