[Bug]: Phone gets no push when a subagent waits for approval over T3 Connect#24053

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a desktop environment and an Android phone to T3 Connect, with Device Notifications (push notifications) on and Ongoing Agent Activity off in the mobile app
2. In a Claude thread, start a delegate_task child that runs a command needing approval. In Full access, Claude Code's own safety check on rm -f with a glob is enough (see #22501). In Supervised mode, any shell command works
3. Leave the desktop and wait for the child to ask for approval

Expected behavior

The phone gets the same "Approval needed" push a top-level thread gets, pointing at the parent thread or the child thread

Actual behavior

No push arrives on the phone. The desktop shows the "Subagent needs approval" banner, but the phone shows the parent as still working, so unattended runs can stall for hours

Turning on Ongoing Agent Activity doesn't help, since it reads the same relay status, which skips subagent threads

From the source on main (d7a8d6f):

• projectThreadAwarenessV2 returns null for any thread whose lineage.relationshipToParent is "subagent", so a child never gets a waiting_for_approval row (agentAwareness.ts#L63)
• AgentAwarenessRelay skips publishing for subagent threads (AgentAwarenessRelay.ts#L519)
• The parent's phase only looks at its own pendingRuntimeRequest, so it stays "Agent is working" (agentAwareness.ts#L97-L131)
• #19630 added pendingSubagentRequest in client-runtime, which fixed the desktop alert and the mobile thread list. The relay feed that sends pushes never got it

Related:

• #15082 reported this (no desktop or mobile notice for hours-long child approval waits) and was closed with only the parent-agent part left open
• #22925 and #20928 cover waking the parent agent, not the phone push
• #20239 has an open part about iOS Live Activity alerts not presenting, which may also affect approval alerts

Not checked: whether native Claude subagents (Task tool, creationSource: "provider") hit the same path. They carry the same "subagent" lineage, but I didn't confirm which thread their approval request lands on
