Closing this as fixed. On my current build the collapsed Snoozed and Settled headers now point the correct way, and both flip correctly when expanded, so they match the other collapsible sections.

[Bug]: Snoozed and Settled sections show an up arrow when collapsed#23950
Description
The collapsed Snoozed and Settled lists show an up-arrow chevron.
This is inconsistent with other collapsible sections in T3, which show a down-arrow chevron when collapsed and can be clicked to expand.
Steps to reproduce
- Open the thread list with Snoozed or Settled threads present.
- Collapse the Snoozed or Settled section.
- Observe the chevron direction.
Actual behavior
The collapsed section shows an up arrow.
Expected behavior
Use the same convention as other collapsible sections:
- Collapsed: down arrow; click to expand.
- Expanded: up arrow; click to collapse.
