[Bug]: Floating preview grows by itself and stays stuck mid-window after grabbing its corner to resize#22998

Steps to reproduce
- In a Claude Code thread, have the agent open a browser preview with
preview_open(herehttp://localhost:4417/v5.html, a static page). It shows as the floating preview over the chat. - Move the mouse to a corner of the floating preview and press to resize it.
- Release the mouse button.
Expected behavior
The corner resize follows the pointer and stops when the button is released. The preview keeps the size and place it was given.
Actual behavior
While grabbing the corner, the preview scaled up by itself. After the button was released it stayed stuck in the middle of the window, over the end of the conversation and next to the composer, and no longer followed the pointer or returned to its corner.
This looks like the interrupted-gesture case described in #16831 ("Interrupted gestures can also make later hover events move or resize the preview"; "Pointer release, cancellation, lost capture, blur, and missing-button events end gestures"). That PR was closed without merging on 2026-10-14, so the build below doesn't have its gesture handling.
Impact

A screenshot of the stuck preview can be added on request.
Workaround
Closing the preview tab (the agent called t3_preview_close on it) removed the stuck preview.
