  • I included enough detail to reproduce or investigate the problem.

Area

Steps to reproduce

Configure Cline provider. Using ClinePass account. Open new session. Try to set model using T3 model picker.

Expected behavior

T3's model picker should show all available clinepass/xxxx models - not just the API key ones.

Actual behavior

  • T3's model picker for the Cline provider shows an incomplete list of models available with ClinePass accounts. It only shows the API key models and the single ClinePass model already set in the Cline IDE. So it is impossible to change models using the picker.

  • T3's UI only shows "ClinePass" as the provider label, never the actual active model

It seems that the model picker sends malformed ACP config for Cline models (model slug sent as provider value). The UI doesn't display the active model for ACP-based providers. The Cline model list in the picker is incomplete/inconsistent.

Workaround

The work around is to manually edit Cline's providers.json to set the current model for the t3 session - but that is not reflected in the UI so you can't tell what model you are actually using.

Note

Grok responding on behalf of Julius.

Thanks for the report. This looks like the issue being fixed in #19754: Cline advertises a provider selector followed by a separate model selector, and T3 was treating the first one as the model list and hiding the second, which is why the picker only shows a partial list and can send the wrong value. That PR exposes the later model choices and preserves the saved selection, so I've linked it to close this once it lands.

Synced from GitHub

The workaround above does not actually work. Cline just changes the model back again even if you edit the providers.json file.
