The sheet's output list can scroll to the end of the captured visible output, and its attachment action remains reachable.
The reporter cannot scroll far enough down in the sheet, and the Attach selected output button is not visible or reachable.
In the supplied screenshot, the terminal behind the sheet reaches line 300. After scrolling in the sheet, its visible content starts around numbered row 18 (sample line 271), reaches sample line 280, and cuts off the next row at the lower edge. The rest of the captured output and the attachment action cannot be reached.
A preceding test with only a few lines of output showed the attachment action normally. This report concerns the attachment sheet's scrolling/layout; it does not assume that the sheet should capture all terminal scrollback.
Major degradation or frequent failure: prevents attaching the desired terminal output from the iPad when the sheet contains longer content.

Native iPad app, landscape orientation, connected to a remote Linux environment. Exact iPad model, iPadOS version, and server version were not recorded.

Thanks, the repro is clear. On iPad landscape, the Terminal output sheet's scroll area doesn't reach the end of the captured output, and the Attach selected output button gets pushed out of reach. With short output the button shows normally, so this is a layout problem in the sheet, not a capture problem. Accepting this as a bug.
I can still reproduce this on the latest stable release on both iPad in landscape and Android in portrait. My iPad reports T3 Code version 2.0.0. I have not tested a development build or the proposed fix.
I repeated the test on the iPad today with short and long output:

For the short test, change 300 to 5.
Since I also experience this on Android in portrait, it may be a shared layout issue rather than something specific to one iPad model; the cause is not confirmed. The simulator attempt was inconclusive, so please keep the issue open pending verification. I have not yet supplied the exact device models or OS versions.
Separately, with a physical keyboard connected to the iPad, tapping the bottom-right keyboard button with my finger does not reveal the controls such as Clear and Paste, but tapping the same button with an Apple Pencil does. This is an additional input observation, not evidence that it has the same cause as the attachment-sheet issue.
