Checked current main at b5a226e49c in the Linux web dev app: opened Usage → Limits and clicked Refresh limits. With fresh isolated settings and no configured usage hub, it showed “No provider on the selected environments reports subscription limits”; I could not recreate the account layout in the screenshot.

The same image appears under steps, expected, and actual behavior. Please provide the T3 version, host OS, steps to reach this state, and which accounts/bars you expect to appear or disappear. Is the CLIProxyAPI hub added under Settings → Providers → Usage providers, and does it list Claude accounts? Include any displayed hub read error, with secrets redacted; do not post keys or tokens.

Related work exists for custom-provider Codex rows (#18622) and Claude proxy usage (#12069). The screenshot alone does not establish whether either matches this report.
