test(web): warn on hand-managed React roots in web tests

t3code/require-disposable-render flags react-dom/client, act from react and writes
to IS_REACT_ACT_ENVIRONMENT in apps/web tests, and lifecycle hooks in browser tests.
It warns until the remaining files move to the disposable render helper. AGENTS.md
documents the convention.
