Add t3code/no-wall-clock-in-tests, which flags Date.now(), new Date(), performance.now() and process.hrtime in test files unless they feed a vi mock. Drop elapsed-time assertions in favour of the behavioral ones, pin fixture timestamps to fixed epochs, and seed fake clocks with constants. The recovery benchmark stays env-gated with a suppression.
