fix(server): a project rooted inside a checkout shares it

Branch adoption only matched a project rooted exactly at the destination
checkout. A project that selects a subdirectory of it, such as W/src, also
shares W, so the follow now checks for any active project root at or inside
the checkout. The run execution test also checks that the capture effect
carries the finishing run's provider session.
