## Message

```
fix(clients): attached images over 2000px are scaled down before upload
Anthropic rejects images over 2000px on a side once a request holds more
than 20 images. Claude Code forwards images sent into a running turn
unchanged, so one large paste broke every later image read in the thread.
Web, desktop, and mobile now scale a PNG or JPEG whose long edge is over
2000px down to 2000px when it is attached, in its own format. Smaller
images, GIF, WebP, and SVG are left as they are.
Fixes #13647
