A Claude tool boundary that takes a queued agent update cancels the queued
run that t3_thread_send returned. t3_thread_wait on that run now follows the
run that took its message instead of reporting it cancelled. A queued run
that owns a delegated task (a follow-up to a finished child) keeps its own
turn instead, because the task settles with that run.
