While a session's WebSocket is open on the running server, the server's
view and /api/auth/clients report connected:true, but `t3 auth session
list --json` reports the same session connected:false. The test serves the
real auth routes over a temp base dir, records the server runtime state,
marks the session connected as the WebSocket upgrade does, and asserts the
CLI output.
