feat(mobile): show new-task drafts alongside pending tasks in the thread list

Drafts typed into a project's new-task composer were only discoverable by
opening that project's new-task screen again, so unsent work was easy to
lose track of, and anything the outbox restored into a draft vanished from
view. Web already lists drafts at the top of its sidebar.

PendingNewTask is now a union of queued ("pending") tasks and new-task
drafts with user content. Both list surfaces (v1 grouped list and v2 flat
list, on Home and the iPad sidebar) render drafts in the same slot as
pending tasks, with an amber "Draft" label and pen icon instead of the
uncolored "Pending"/"Queued" one, so the difference is legible: a pending
task sends itself when the environment reconnects, a draft waits for the
user. The v2 divider reads "Unsent" since it now covers both. Tapping a
draft opens the project's new-task composer; long-press offers Discard.
