Wait for desktop backend before loading production window

- Load production renderer from backend HTTP URL instead of local file path
- Poll loopback port with timeout before creating the window, and quit cleanly on bootstrap failure
- Treat `ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND` as a fatal smoke-test pattern
