fix(opencode): a long compaction no longer times out its turn start

session.summarize resolves only when compaction finishes, so awaiting it
inside startTurn held the start past the 2-minute control bound. Fork the
summarize into the session scope; the turn's terminal event reports the
outcome, and interrupt still aborts the request.
