fix(mobile): Screens 5.0.0-t3.36 installs its search observer hook without a race

Screens 5.0.0-t3.36 stores NSNotificationCenter's original block-observer
implementation before installing the search field hook. Until now, a
registration on another thread in the moment between installing the
hook and storing the original called through a null pointer
(pingdotgg/react-native-screens#3).
