## Message

```
refactor(clients): dedupe byte-identical mobile/web state bridges
Web and mobile carried byte-identical instantiation shims for eight state
domains plus label-only copies of the query, presentation, thread-state,
and atom hook bridges, so every wiring change had to land twice and the
pairs already begun to drift.
Move the shared cores into client-runtime: createClientStateBridges for
the runtime-only domains, resolveAtomCommandOptions/resolveAtomQueryOptions
for the hook option shorthand, a createEnvironmentQueryBridge view factory,
and platform-labeled atom selectors for presentation and thread state.
Each client keeps thin per-platform bridges that pass its own runtime and
platform label, preserving existing atom labels and behavior.
