## Message

```
fix(server): a reused process id never keeps a stale install lease alive
Install leases record the supervisor's process start identity (with the boot identity on Linux), so a lease whose pid now belongs to an unrelated process is reclaimed instead of blocking every provider launch. Leases written without an identity, or whose identity cannot be read, stay conservative.
