fix(desktop): harden Codex Micro and match Codex's key behavior

- Decode stored Codex Micro settings field by field so a stale value
  can't invalidate the rest of the client settings.
- Ship only the target platform's node-hid prebuild.
- Enumerate HID devices asynchronously, reconnect after repeated RPC
  failures, and don't hold up quit on an unresponsive device.
- Follow Codex: the open thread's key is selected, a second tap brings
  the app forward, holding the knob opens settings, and actions with
  nothing to act on say so instead of reaching threads off the keys.
- Mount the controller only while a device is connected.
- Add a user guide.
