fix(web): close composer menus when their controls hide

Close runtime, traits, model, and overflow menus when responsive layout hides their triggers. Clear stored open state while leaving controls mounted for measurement, and reveal the composer when the model shortcut needs a visible trigger.

Implemented with Codex through T3 Code.
