fix(web): sidebar reveal waits for search to clear and the row to mount

A route reveal completed before the active row existed, so opening a
thread while a retained search hid it never scrolled to it once the
search was cleared. The reveal now waits while searching and completes
only after it finds the row. In the legacy sidebar, the open thread past
the preview cut no longer alone shows "Show more".
