## Message

```
test(web): drop timeline follow evidence driver
The driver fails the server typecheck (Effect global-timer rules and DOM
globals under the Node tsconfig), and the proof audit found its scroll
distances cannot exercise the snap. It stays available as an uploaded
artifact on the PR.
