fix(server): repeated terminal attaches keep the viewer's resized grid

An attach retry from the same viewer resent the first attach's size and
overwrote a newer resize. Only a viewer's first reported size comes from
attach now. The issue-14463 web seed script also refuses the live T3 home
when it or ~/.t3 is reached through a symlink.
