refactor(web): chat markdown images and videos live in their own module

ChatMarkdownImage, ChatMarkdownVideo, ChatMarkdownAssetImage, their
fallbacks and sizing helpers move to chat/ChatMarkdownMedia.tsx. Timeline
and inspector import the asset image from there.
