fix(client-runtime): Stop's cache repair survives leaving the thread and racing events

An expanded thread only queued its repaired cache row, so closing the thread
scope before the 500ms delay or during the 10s cooldown dropped it and reload
brought the stale running row back. The finalizer now flushes the last queued
snapshot when it was never saved, without saving the expanded timeline.

A completion event landing during the server lookup left nothing to patch in
the live projection, which skipped the cache repair entirely. The cache is now
repaired regardless, preferring the newer terminal item from the event.
