Add AI-generated worktree branch naming and safe branch rename

- add `git.generateBranchName`, `git.generateAndRenameBranch`, and `git.renameBranch` websocket flows
- pass image attachments into Codex branch-name generation and normalize/sanitize results
- add GitCore branch rename with collision-safe numeric suffixing
- extract shared image MIME/data-url helpers and expand server/web tests for new behavior
