Fix CI typecheck: point contracts types to source and remove dead code

- Point @t3tools/contracts type exports to ./src/index.ts instead of
  generated .d.cts/.d.mts files that only exist after build
- Remove unused useGitState.ts that imported missing @tanstack/react-query
