test(server): cover Claude text stream settlement and suppression paths

Snapshot reconciliation (matching, corrected, empty), terminal settlement
without a snapshot (result, error result, query exit, Stop before the
coalescer flush), and result-only or empty responses with child,
unknown-index and empty-block stream frames.
