Linking asked for the other machine's address by hand unless an agent
asked first. Settings → Linked environments now opens on a machine
dropdown, and both it and the agent's link card list the machines on the
user's T3 Connect account next to the saved ones, at their Connect
address. When this client may mint a pairing code there it does; when it
can't (a Connect-only machine, or a session without access:write), it
asks for a code but no longer for the address.
