fix(web): plainer, more direct copy for profiles and import

Drops the clever/technical phrasing for text that faces users, not us:

- Import step subtitle: "Cookies flow from the browser…" → "Choose which
  cookies to import and where to put them."
- Import result: "couldn't be brought over" / "no cookies to bring over" →
  "couldn't be imported" / "no cookies to import."
- Profiles section: trims the internals down to "Each profile has its own
  cookies and logins, so you can stay signed in to different accounts at once."
- Remove dialog: drops "cache" and the mechanics for "Its cookies and logins
  are deleted. Any open tabs switch to your default profile."
- Clear error: "No environment is connected yet." → "You're not connected to a
  server yet."
