fix(mobile): showcase placeholders use reserved documentation addresses

Review feedback: 100.64.0.0/10 is the range Tailscale allocates, so the
CGNAT placeholder could still hit a real device on a viewer's tailnet, and
the zeroed tail0000000.ts.net name is not a reserved domain. Use RFC 2606
.example hostnames throughout and RFC 5737 TEST-NET 192.0.2.5 for the raw
address row.
