A display read of a held detail answers with the held copy and refreshes it
in the background, but nothing told the reader what that refresh found, so
an open panel kept showing the old title or check status until someone
pressed Refresh. When the background refresh returns something other than
the copy the reader was shown (ignoring observedAt), bump the refresh
notice so mounted queries re-read. Unchanged refreshes stay quiet, so the
re-read cannot loop.
