- add server `upsertKeybinding` flow to write `~/.t3/keybindings.json` and refresh cached config
- wire project script create/edit to save optional keybindings via the WS API
- improve script action UI with edit controls, icon picker, and preferred-script recall
- add coverage for keybinding upsert behavior in server and websocket tests
