fix(web): pasted images show their upload tile instantly

Pasted images were compressed before joining the draft, so the strip showed
nothing until a large screenshot finished re-encoding. A placeholder tile
now shows the source image at 0% right away, and the compressed image takes
over the same tile and thumbnail without a flash.
