## Message

```
fix(web): sidebar reveals the active thread after back/forward navigation
The new sidebar widens a project scope that hides the newly opened thread,
once per route change, and scrolls its row into view. The legacy sidebar
keeps the open thread listed past the preview cut, as collapsed projects
already did, and scrolls it into view on route change.
Fixes #16534
