A connection paired before server updates needed their own permission showed a
disabled Update with no reason, and Update all counted those servers but did
nothing for them. Update now explains that you need to pair again, through a
tooltip, a screen reader description, and a toast when you tap it. Update all
updates only the servers that permit it and names the ones it skips.
