fix(web): a cancelled question's typed answer goes to the thread draft, not a queued edit

Recovery wrote into composerDraftTarget, which is a temporary queued-message
edit draft while one is open; cancelling that edit then cleared the recovered
answer. Anchor recovery to the owning thread's own draft.
