## Message

```
fix(web): sidebar reveals the active thread after returning from Settings
Leaving Settings remounts the sidebar, and the reveal refs started at the
current route, so the open thread stayed hidden behind the chosen project
scope and the legacy list skipped its scroll. Mounting now counts as a
route change.
