fix(server): installs drain readers, ignore foreign symlinks, and bound installer logs

A waiting install now holds back new readers so it can drain, while helpers of an admitted turn still join it. bun and pnpm ownership follows the real path, so a symlink into another installation is not updated. The supervisor compacts both installer streams. The web update toast settles when a queued provider disappears mid-batch.
