Add open-in-editor feature with Cmd+O shortcut

Add dropdown in header to open workspace in Cursor or system file manager (Finder/Explorer/Files). Include Cmd+O/Ctrl+O global keyboard shortcut to open in last-used editor, persisted to localStorage.
