feat: show compaction turns as one timeline row, and keep automatic compaction quiet

A bare /compact turn now renders as a single compaction row instead of a
/compact bubble, a working indicator and a divider. T3 Code's automatic
compaction before cache expiry is labelled as automatic, and it no longer
sends Done notifications (web or mobile relay) unless it fails.
