refactor(web): the sidebar's thread rows live in their own file

Move SidebarThreadRow, SortableThreadRow, the search result row and their
tooltip, provider stack, snooze menu and time-label helpers from Sidebar.tsx
into sidebar/SidebarThreadRow.tsx. No behavior change.
