A Bitbucket Server or Data Center remote is detected as Bitbucket, but the
client only speaks the Cloud API, so its repository paths went to
api.bitbucket.org. Without T3CODE_BITBUCKET_API_BASE_URL, only Cloud hosts
now resolve a repository or list change requests; other hosts are reported
as not browsable here.
